this free program calculates mortgage payments. it was written by john keogh and has been customized to include my contact information in one of the dialog boxes. it will run under windows 3.1 or windows 95. for more of john's fine programs, please visit his homepage for more of his programs. give them a try!

to download, create a directory called "temp" (or whatever you prefer), then click on mortgage payment calculator and choose to save in temp. after it is saved, choose run (windows 3.1 go to program manager, choose file, then run), or you can create a short-cut or icon for it. if you installed it in another drive or directory, adjust what you type in the dialog box accordingly.
